If the Library panel is not open, select Window > Library.
At this time there is nothing in the library.

Select File > Import > Import to Library.

Browse to one of the following paths:
If youre using Windows 2000 or XP, browse to boot drive\Documents and Settings\
username\Local Settings\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash MX 2004\language\
Configuration\HelpPanel\Help\GettingStarted\start_files\Assets. Select logo.ai and car.png
to import.
Note: If the Application Data folder is hidden, you’ll need to change your Windows Explorer
settings to see the folder.
If youre using a Windows 98 operating system, browse to boot drive\Windows\ Application
Data\Macromedia\Flash MX 2004\language\Configuration\HelpPanel\
Help\GettingStarted\start_files\Assets. Select logo.ai and car.png to import.
If youre using a Macintosh operating system, browse to Macintosh HD/Users/username/
Library/Application Support/Macromedia/Flash MX 2004/language/Configuration/
HelpPanel/Help/GettingStarted/start_files/Assets. Select logo.ai and car.png to import.
4.
In the Illustrator Import dialog box, verify that Layers and Include Invisible are selected, and
click OK.
The two images are now in the library.
Add art from the library
Now that the files are in the library, you can add them to your document.

Using the Selection tool, drag logo.ai from the Library panel onto the Stage and place it as
shown in the following illustration:
