• After a successful log in, the Set Presentation Location screen will open. Select the folder you
would like to use to upload your presentation by clicking on the folder names to navigate. You
can also add a new folder.
• After you have found the correct location, select the appropriate presentation or action:
- To add new presentations click the Publish button.
- To update an existing presentation click on the
presentation title you want to update.
• The Enter Presentation Information screen will open.
Add or modify the presentation information. After
entering your information, click Next.
• The Select Presentation Features screen will open.
Select your options and click the Next button.
Continue with the wizard until you have selected all
the settings for your presentation.
• After completing the Wizard, click the Finish button
and your presentation will begin uploading for conversion.
Note: Uploading a presentation may take a long time
depending on the size of your presentation/audio files
and your Internet connection speed. For example,
over a 56 kbps connection, the estimated time for
uploading a 1 Mbyte file will be about 2 minutes.
View Show
Previewing your presentation
The Macromedia Breeze Plug-in lets you
view your presentation and its associated
audio and animations prior to converting the presentation for online viewing. The “View Show” feature
will NOT provide an exact preview of the online presentation; some slight changes may occur during the
online conversion process. However, the “View Show” feature will allow you to view the presentation
slides with the synchronized audio and animations.
To view your multimedia presentation:
• Open the PowerPoint presentation you want to preview. You must record audio and/or animations
using the Macromedia Breeze Plug-In prior to viewing a presentation.
• From the Breeze menu select View Show. The View Show window will open.
• Click the Play button to start the presentation. The presentation will continue playing
automatically until the presentation ends or you click Stop.
Notes
:
• The final online presentation may look and sound different than the version viewed through the Macromedia Breeze
Plug-in. During online conversion, changes are made to the audio and slides that could affect the final look and audio
of the online presentation.
• Command markers (Wait and Go to) will not occur while viewing the show within PowerPoint. These markers only
affect the converted presentation.
